Data collected
The quote request form collects your name, your email address and, if you provide them, your company name, your telephone number, the service you are interested in, your budget and a description of your project.
Booking a call collects your name, your email address and, if you provide them, your telephone number, your company and the subject of the call. The free audit stores only the address of the website analysed and its scores; the analysis itself is carried out by Google PageSpeed Insights.
The client area stores the messages, files and content exchanged about your projects, as well as your responses to quotes and approval requests: accepting a quote or approving a stage records the name entered, the date, the time and the IP address used, which together serve as proof. A quote request received through a referral link is linked to the client who shared it, who sees only your first name.
No advertising cookies or third-party analytics tools are used on this website. An in-house, cookie-free audience measurement counts page views: your IP address is never stored, and only a fingerprint that changes every day is used to count visitors.
Purpose and legal basis
This data is used solely to respond to your request and to prepare a quote. The processing is based on pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
Client area data is used to perform the contract (project follow-up, invoicing, payment reminders) and to keep proof of it. Email notifications about updates in your area can be turned off from “My account”.
Retention period
Requests are kept for 24 months after the last exchange, then deleted. Data relating to a signed contract is kept for the applicable statutory period: ten years for invoices and accounting records, five years for proof of acceptance and project correspondence.
Recipients
Your data is accessible only to me, the developer who runs Volta Studio. It is neither sold nor passed on to third parties, with the exception of technical hosting providers located in the European Union.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, write to contact@volta-studio.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (the French data protection authority).
