The Job Platform (La Plateforme de l'Emploi) is a national job board built around one simple idea: a candidate should be able to decide before applying, not after. Every listing shows the actual pay, the work location, the working hours and the team overseeing the role. What is usually negotiated at the third interview is written out from the very first results list.
Search combines job title, contract type, distance and pay. The criteria a candidate sets stay in place from one visit to the next, and every listing is checked before publication: advertised pay, a precise location, and an identified employer.
Application tracking is the heart of the product. As soon as an application is sent, the file enters a five-step process (application sent, review, shortlisting, interview, decision), each step dated and notified. The candidate always knows where they stand, and no application is left without a response.
On the employer side, the area covers job posting, candidate sourcing and end-to-end recruitment management, including pricing and invoicing.
The Labour Market Observatory aggregates only two indicators, the ones that change a decision: hiring pressure by job title, relative to the number of candidates, and pay benchmarks from the first to the third quartile. No figure calculated on too small a sample is published, to protect the anonymity of both employers and candidates.
The interface is an Angular 22 application served behind IIS and connected to a REST API. Sober design in midnight blue, 3D illustrations for empty states, carefully written content pages for search engine optimisation, and accessibility declared as partially compliant.
